Receiving our emails: add us to your contacts

To make sure you receive our emails — important documents, case follow-ups, appointment confirmations — we recommend adding @lacliniquefinanciere.com to your contacts or approved senders list.

Gmail

  1. Open an email from La Clinique Financière
  2. Click the three dots in the top right of the message
  3. Select Filter messages like these
  4. Click Create filter, then check Never send it to Spam
  5. Confirm with Create filter

Tip: You can also simply open one of our emails, click on the sender address, and select Add to contacts.

Outlook / Hotmail / Microsoft 365

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙ Settings
  2. Go to MailJunk email
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
  4. Enter lacliniquefinanciere.com and confirm

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open an email from La Clinique Financière
  2. Click on the sender address
  3. Select Add to contacts

Apple Mail (iPhone / iPad / Mac)

  1. Open an email from La Clinique Financière
  2. Tap the sender's name at the top
  3. Select Add to Contacts or Create New Contact

Canadian ISPs (Vidéotron / Cogeco / Bell)

  1. Log in to your webmail
  2. Go to Settings or Spam filters
  3. Add lacliniquefinanciere.com to the whitelist or approved senders

Can't find our emails?

First check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folder. If you find one of our messages there, mark it as Not Junk — this tells your email provider to stop filtering our emails.
